Has anybody started insane from level 1 as I would like to try it.

I am running through as Fresh Female Renegade Shotty Vanguard and its bloody hard... Some parts can get frustrating, but if you setup your skills right and run quests with the least combat until you get around 20 or so and grab Spectre weapons, you should be able to continue nicely. My char is only 24 right now so i do not know how hard missions later on will be, but i managed nicely (read barely) :biggrin:

If you want a tough challenge, i suggest you try, but be ready for some long hard battles.

I just started a vanguard on insane and it seems like my teammates got dumber, it wouldn't be as hard if I didn't have to take all my time reviving them

when i did insane on level 1 i didnt know that you could import characters so i pretty much did it because thought i had to. i didnt do any side quests and just breezed through the story line, the parts were easy save for a few such as....the krogan..those B**CHES wouldnt die, matriach benezia, her and her stupid followers and on IIos when you come out of the elevator, lots of turrents and krogan. o yeah saren was incredibly hard with his cheap shields
