My question is whether or not there is a good website that lets you upload an image and then use tools to edit it...right now I use Photobucket but its options aren't what I'm looking for. I'm using the family Comp so I don't want to download anything on here and "risk" screwing up the comp. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know of any website that let you edit as well as image editing software, sorry. There are legal and "risk-free" image editing programs you can download though, like Gimp.

eh, downloading isn't really an option at the moment =/. I just don't like putting stuff on my moms computer that sh wouldn't use.

You could try installing it onto a USB or external HDD.

Well, you might need to find a program you can get from a torrent or something then. Irfanview is good for cropping, batch renaming, converting from bmp to jpg and simple banners and avatars but anything like the small signature banners, (the real thin ones like my Kaidan Alenko for Squadmate in ME3 is not really that easy to do with Irfanview. There are plugins you can get and fiddle around but most people use Gimp for stuff like that. Gimp is way too hard for me, I use paint shop pro (jasc not corell) and that's all, it's an old version, I didn't like what Corell did to it when they bought out Jasc out so mine is like 3/4 years old. You might be able to find an old free version around somewhere.

About all you can do with that is adjust the size of the button edge.

Saturn, I agree - Gimp can be a little fiddly. But it may just be because I'm so used to photoshop after all this time. All my avatars and sigs, I throw together in my old copy of CS2.
