Good day humans, or whatever you are.

Hi, I'm Enko and I'm a Mass Effect addict~!
Well, I dunno if I can call myself an addict since I only finished both games once [I grow too attached to my first character so I refuse to go trough the same stuff again].
I hope this forum is alive still, I registered on a bunch of half dead/dead ME forums already.
So, I never thought I could enjoy another game as much after I completed Dragon Age. But after my 13th playtrough things got dull so I needed something fresh. Aliens, space, machines, were not my cup of tea actually, but ME gave me a whole new viewpoint. Maybe because of the OC that wasn't mute, or many romance-able characters, or something else, either way it is one of the very few games that got my attention.
As for me, I'm 16 and from Montenegro [whoever knows where my country is gets a free cookie~!], I'm a nurse in training, illegal doujinshi artist and occasional gamer. You are free to ask whatever else you want~

The boards here get livelier everyday! You picked a good ME forum to join! Welcome to the masseffectforum and I admit, I had to look your country up, at first I thought it was South American but I'm glad I checked out wikipedia first because you are far from South America!
Kingdom of Montenegro
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montenegro
Kingdom of Montenegro
In 1910 Montenegro became a Kingdom and as a result of the Balkan wars in 1912 and 1913 (in which the Ottomans lost all Balkan land), a common border with Serbia was established, with Shkodėr being awarded to a newly created Albania. In World War I in 1914 Montenegro sided with Serbia against the Central Powers, suffering a full scale defeat to Austria-Hungary in early 1916. In 1918 the Allies liberated Montenegro, which was subsequently merged with Serbia.
So you speak a Slavic language then? Like Romanian, Albanian or closer to Hungarian?
As far as my ME1 & 2 characters go, once I finish the game with them, they are removed or imported to ME2. I never replay them either but I do keep playing the game. I loved Dragon Age also, I made around 230 Dragon Age You Tube walkthroughs but then once I started playing ME1, I never played Dragon Age again. I still play ME1 & 2 but not as much as I did in the beginning, I play Borderlands now but I picked up ME2 again, after the Shadow Broker came out. They are both great games!

I'm 1/2 Japanese [hence the name] and 1/2 Montenegrin, sadly I can speak only Serbian [official language in Montenegro] since I've spent all my life here.
Well I basically fell in love with my FemShep, so I can't get myself to start new game with some other character, maybe I'll try a male this time, 'cause all the hott chicks. I wish ME had more homosexual romances, bisexual Zevran in DA was pure win. ^^

You are a very interesting person!
I always fall in love with the NPC's lol Alistair, Zev, Kaidan and Jacob. I have a thread on how to make the Shepards gay in both games, ME1 is much easier than ME2 but it's possible. Do you have Steam by any chance? You can get ME1 very cheap on Steam. Here is the thread:
http://ladymoiraine.com/forum/index.php?topic=657.0
I notice you said you were 16. My site is for adults although there are a few members your age, you don't have to join to read the threads. If you stay on that link there is nothing offensive but if you go through the rest of the site, I must warn you, it is restricted so do so at your own risk. We just swear a lot and talk about sex a lot and I post all my naked guys from my games that's about it. There is no RL adult porn or anything like that.
I have successfully had many, many gay male Shepards in ME1 but am still working on it in ME2, I started playing Borderlands before I got to the gay stuff lol But there are some YouTube videos on that thread. Also, if you bring over your gay male Shepard, Kaidan will hug him and tell him he loved him during the Horizon part so it's really worth it to try to get ME1 for the imported gay Shepard. (male or female).
If you decide to try it, and need help, just Pm me or post it here somewhere, you can even do it on one of my threads around here. Good luck and once again, welcome to the masseffectforum!

lol, I'm glad you find me amusing.
I do own both ME1 and ME2, with all the DLCs, except I think Pinnacle Station for ME1.
Oh don't worry about mature content, it's not like I'm an innocent virgin kid who know nothing about sex. I just started ME1 all over, with a male character, and damn I dislike his voice actor, the female the better job! So I kinda lost interest in him right after Eden Prime. And I can't bring myself to start with a female, 'cause also, it's too weird seeing a completely different looking character with a same voice as my original FemShep. So, if I ever start it again, I'll try this. Looks interesting.
~Thank you both for welcoming me.

Welcome aboard! I know where Montenegro is! It's against the Adriatic and borders Serbia. It looks very ritzy in James Bond
Welcome to the forums, I also agree about Zevran -- he was an awesome character.

FemShep annoys me, She is your "typical" "I'm a hard, bad ass female character" Thats why I don't want to watch any new Angelina Jolee movies because thats all she plays. Not meaning to go on a rant, but this topic just annoys me, and I'm letting my opinion be known.

Well... to be fair - Angelina plays Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider movies and Tomb Raider pretty much invented that stereotype

Thank you. And yes, everyone loves Assassin, no wonder Thane also got much love.

Well different opinions are different.
If you're talking about stereotypes, I'm frankly sick with all the games/movies/animes having weak female characters who constantly need male protection. It's really insulting, and I'm a huge feminist. That's why I enjoy seeing hardcore female characters, and basically I think they're quite rare [excluding Angelina's roles and a few cartoon/comic characters here and there I don't know many].
