Kasumi's Stolen Memories was absolutely stunning to play. For a mission that only allowed Kasumi as a squad member, it sure was fun to play. Not only was the beginning of the mission unique and interesting, but I also found navigating Hock's vaults and underground tunnels incredibly worthwhile, and really allowed you to make the most out of the tactics you've learned.
It also made me realise how valuable I found Kasumi as a squad member. Shadow Strike has got to be one of the most lethal powers in the game. Countless times has she made one hit kills via an unarmoured enemy, which is really helpful on insanity. I'd say her and Miranda were the perfect team for most of the missions (at least ones that fought synthetic/shielded enemies).
Not only did the game play flow at a good pace, but the story behind it was also very interesting. I've always loved Kasumi's character, and this only exacerbated that. It's pretty evident that the choice you made at the end of the level will continue into Mass Effect 3. I just hope that Kasumi follow's suite.
Aside from that, I found Grunt's loyalty mission to be interesting and fun. I'm not sure what it's like on the lower levels, but killing the thresher Maw on Insanity with seconds to go is one of the most relieving experiences in the game. Another loyalty mission on Tuchanka stands out, and that's Mordin's. I found it to be very thought provoking and emotional. It's a shame so many of the paragon choices disagreed with him; I thought the genophage was the right thing to, personally.
Both of Thane's missions, the Derelict Reaper and Lair of the Shadow Broker were all really good (the exterior of the Shadow Broker's ship is a simply gorgeous setting). Nearly all of the N7 missions were also really nice to play,
Of course, who could forget playing as Joker?
