This doesn't have to include side quests or DLC missions. Just how quickly you managed to finish the game and get through the suicide mission. But feel free to post any of your times.

I found that my quickest has been around 25 hours so far and that includes all loyalty missions and all DLC but overlord. I haven't really tried to really blast through it as fast as I can yet, maybe some of you have. I must say though, that my second play through cut around 8 or so hours off, surprising most was I leveled out Shepard with 2 DLC missions still to go, plus most side missions. On my first I only have overlord to go and I'm still on level 28, first was soldier, second shep was adept. Anyone get this in their play through?

Finally a scary fact that I find hard to believe, Casey Hudson stated in a interview at e3 that he cleared ME2 in 2hrs 45. I would have thought this impossible, im thinking he meant maybe 12hrs, or he Misspoke.

It is possible if you skip all of the recruitments after Horizon and no loyalties.

When I do a normal playthrough. I will do all the recruitments and loyalties. I save most of the side mission and DLC for after the Suicide Mission.

20 hours is my quickest playthrough of just the main game and most of the loyalty/side missions (and no DLC except Zaeed and Kasumi). The ones I didn't do were Grunt's loyalty mission, since I kept him locked up in his tube just to see what would happen, and Legion's loyalty mission, since I sadly gave him away to Cerberus.

I don't play the game quickly at all though. I'm constantly stopping and admiring certain things that I notice, like detail on a normal map or polys on a model something.

WOW. A quick play-through is 25 hours...lol. I haven't done a quick play-through with a game that bioware has made, but I done it with games like Resident Evil 1-3, Halo Wars. The reason is because it only takes a few hours to complete the games if you are rushing through.

Trooper I think you're right. I once tried choosing only conversation options from the right side of the wheel to speed the process up. I didn't find it satisfying. I guess RP is too deeply ingrained from my D&D days

My current playthtough is already over the 25 hour mark and I still have Garrus', Thane's, Samara's and Kasumi's loyalty missions, not to mention the Derilict Reaper, Legion's loyalty, Project Overlord and Arrival before I hit the Omega Four relay.

Maybe I'll save Overlord and Arrival until after the Suicide mission? It is confirmed that the save file import system for ME3 will allow you to choose a save dated post Omega Four, isn't it?
