This isn't deep or character driven... but off the top of my head I would say...getting my hands on the Widow. What a beautiful moment. And the moments thereafter.

My favorite moment in ME2?

The ever-satisfying Mordin Cryo attack on an enemy that floats in the air and me shattering it into pieces with my bullets. Awesome every time.
That and some vistas. Like in the collector ship when you see all the pods. Or at Eden Prime when you see the collector ship pointing down at the planet. Woooow!
