I I understand it. I like Liara myself, she may not be my favorite, but she was part f my essential ME1 crew (favorite combo for non biotic Shepards - Liara/Kaidan)
what I don't understand is what makes Liara/femshep pairing more special then Liara/maleshep pairing considering that the dialogue is 99.9% identical (there's literally 1 sentence there that's extra for femshep)
P.S. rant inc.
this will not gain me friends, but for the love of all that's holy, I do hope they keep Kaidan as O/S only. Tali and her "out of nowhere", always present even if you treated her badly crush was bad enough. Liara's abrupt evolution between games (and "Redemption" only made it worse, because she starts out as her ME2 persona already, there's literally no middle ground between "I'd rather remember her as she was before Saren, hate and revenge won't bring her back" and "Raaawwwwwr, shadowbroker must pay!" ) was terrible, before DLC fixed her character development.. somewhat, but not nearly enough. and then there's new look for Ashley. (I'm not even going to go into DA issues) Bioware doesn't have a good track record. and what I read in the leaks? doesn't make me very hopeful. but at least with femshep, it wouldn't come out of nowhere, the way it did with Tali.
