Pretty much. They Hollywood-ized it. The same thing happened to Tomb Raider


Although I do still thoroughly enjoy ME2, mostly because they still managed to hold onto something of a plot, and all the characters are so thoroughly 'fleshed-out' and intractable... however ME3 better be something of a religious experience. Or heads will roll.

Reave is my favorite. Looks awesome, proves effective against barrier (?), and gets 'em in line for the killshot.

Biotic Charge - with that and a shotgun, any skilled Vanguard is practically unstoppable.

I do wish I could use Singularity though. Had to rely on Liara a lot for it in ME3, and Pull is just a poor relation to it :/

I f you have Javik and have his special ability unlocked. 'Lift Grenade' is a awesome ability.
