How often do you use variations of the shotgun?

I only use it when there is like 20 people in my face

I've only played the game through once, so far. During my play, I don't think I ever once used the shotgun...well, maybe once to try it out...but never again. I loved the assault. I'll have to give it a proper go on my next play through.

Only on Virmire to eliminate the "neutral" baddies on the beaches.

I only used it on one play through but it was a lot of fun. I used the sniper rifle on one play through but it was ALOT of fun.

yea when you get a good shotgun they own and at a pretty good range too. They are fun but i like to switch it up

Well I mostly use it against the creppers on feros.

havent played that much but i tried out a shotgun and didnt really like it that much. Im an assault rifle fan.

all the time especially when I need to run and gun .
Its awesome for close range. I usually keep Assault Rifle/Shotgun on auto switch= gg rape
